*************** PROCEDURES*******************

Step-1 : Take cooker. Put the ghee in it and after it melts, drop small chopped pieces of onion (250 gms) into it.

Step -2: Powder the spices and mix it with onion. Make sure that you do this after the onion goes brownish.

Step -3 : Add the Ginger-Garlic paste ( How will yo do that? Come on guys...! Don't yo know how to put them in a mixie and smash it to a paste ? )

Step - 4: Here goes the tomato in to the cooker. Then the meat ( am using mutton here..!) Ensure before doing this step, the whatsoever in the cooker should be brownish.. lol.. :D

Step - 5 : Kalakunga...........! ( stir it)

Step - 6: Curd, Lemon juice( made from single lemon.), Salt, Malli powder, Green chilli, Pudina n k.Malli are added to it... Marupadium kalakunga..........!

Step - 7: Close the cooker using the lid and wait for a whistle.

Step - 8: Open the lid and 1:2 water is added. Don't Scratch ur head. Let me explain... We use one kg of rice here.. The above '1' number represents one tumbler of rice (1 padi). The number '2' represents water.. That is, for 1 tumbler of rice we use 2 tumblers of water. Got it?

IMP: My mom's secret - 'n' tumbler rice used ---> (n-1) water totally should be added...

Step - 9: Salt added depending on ur taste...

Step -10: Rice is added into the cooker after the water is well boiled. but first...! Wait till the water level to decrease.. Semi solida irukanum.. If you want a comparison contact 'pen' Karthi... :D

Step - 11: Close the cooker not totally and reduce the flame to 'sim'. (Idhuku paeru than 'dhum' katrathu...)

Step - 12 : After 5 mts, open the lid and flip the entire content.. Apdiyae oru karandiya vachu kavuthiru machi.......!

Step -13 : Close the lid, put the whistle , after 5 mts , turn the flame off and wait for sometime and then......... Viola....! Lunch is served...
